- Metro cities: 3-5 business days.
- Tier 2 cities: 5-7 business days.
- Remote areas: 7-12 business days.
⚡ Express Delivery
- Available for select locations.
- Delivery within 1-3 business days.
- Additional shipping charges may apply.

- High order volume during sales & festivals.
- Unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, or lockdowns.

4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
- Standard shipping: ₹49-99 depending on the product & location.
- Express shipping: ₹199-299 (if available for your area).
- Cash-on-delivery (COD) orders may have an additional fee.
5. Order Processing
📦 Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation.
📦 Orders placed after 2 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

8. Delivery Attempts
📌 Up to 3 delivery attempts will be made.
📌 If undelivered, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
📌 Redelivery may be possible with additional shipping charges.

10. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

🚫 If your package is lost in transit, we will investigate & process a refund/replacement within 5-7 business days.
